Tree of Life cylinder

Customized handmade top hat, size 57. The base is black and the interior is lined.

I covered the top of the hat with wine-colored leather and applied an embroidered floral detail to the center. The seams are made in visible waxed thread.

The cylindrical body has a brown suede effect; I enriched it with crochet trimmings in two colours, orange and purple. In the center of the forehead I applied a brass tree of life, surrounded by small gems.

The tree of life represents the source of life, the place from which every living being originates.

On the side I sewed some knurled brass buttons, which I chose some time ago for their steampunk style.
